All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in London within 1-3 working days upon receipt of full payment, provided that all items within the order are in stock. In some cases, we may need to transfer stock from one of our warehouses overseas, in which cases no additional shipping fee will be charged.  Please allow up to 10 working days during busy periods. 

You will receive an Order Confirmation email from us once you have placed your order, and another email with tracking information to keep you in the loop from Royal Mail or International Express once your order has been picked up from our warehouse.

Our carrier will deliver to you between 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Saturday. A 2 hour time-slot will be provided on day of delivery.

We will keep you up to date of when your order is on its way and our carrier will give you a phone call or send a text on the day of delivery so you know when to expect your order. Simply make sure you leave the clear and correct contact information during checkout.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered within the time frame specified and tracking information is provided, we have no control over any delay, loss or damage incurred by you as a result of the shipping carrier and cannot be held accountable including but not limited to an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.


For international orders, items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of UK  may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Your delivery charge does not include such additional import fees. 


Change your mind?

No worries, we will take care of it!

We are happy to accept returns for change of mind within 14 days from date of purchase, just make sure they are unworn and with tags still attached.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm it's receipt. If your items meet the requirements above, you can request a refund to be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the payment to show on your account.

OLIVIA YVES take extreme care in ensuring your baby garments are of the highest quality, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products, we will happily replace it for you as well.

Sometimes packages take a while to get back to us so please be patient and allow up to 30 days for us to process your return.

We always do our best to refund or replace items as soon as they are received.
